Celebrate JWES Kinder & 6th grade students

Adult family members are invited to celebrate our Kindergarten students as they promote to 1st grade and also celebrate our 6th grade students as they transition to middle school. Please remember it can get very warm in our school cafeteria.

Hundreds of volunteers help make our school a wonderful place every year. We took time to serve lunch to these wonderful people who take time out of their busy lives to support our teachers and students in so many ways . Thank you !!

6th graders make beautiful music

The orchestra has come so far this year from each student learning how to play his/her string instrument all the way to playing the Star Wars theme together as an orchestra . 

The choir students learned how to improvise and put their own movement to music by working together in groups.

The band students played upbeat music together , and even got the crowd clapping along .

What inspiting musical talent and music teachers we have at Whitehead ! Great job music students !
