Whitehead Students win $450 in "The Fullest Bike Rack" Contest

On Wednesday, May 15,2013, 100 students and over a dozen adults wheeled to Whitehead ES as part of National Bike To School Week. Even though we added an additional bike rack to our playground at the beginning of this year, we stilled filled up all four of our bike racks!  Thanks to Safe Routes to School and The Washoe County Health District, Whitehead has won 1st place in the fullest bike rack contest !!
